Kelly is one of the founding partners and a managing partner at the firm. Her practice focuses on litigation and transactional work, including DUI and criminal defense, civil litigation and real estate litigation and transactional matters.
Kelly is an advocate for her clients, whether the client needs zealous representation in court or assistance preparing or reviewing documents.
Kelly’s background and education make her uniquely qualified to handle both litigation and transactional matters.
Kelly has extensive trial experience, having started her legal career as a prosecutor for the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. During her time as a prosecutor, she tried many cases, ranging from DUI trials to aggravated robbery and attempted homicide trials. A seasoned trial attorney, Kelly is comfortable in a courtroom, whether she is trying a criminal case or representing a client in a civil matter.
Kelly is also comfortable handling transactional matters. In addition to trying cases as a prosecutor, Kelly worked in the appellate unit, drafting briefs to the Colorado Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and local courts, making her an effective advocate in written form. She has extensive education and experience in real estate, receiving advanced degrees and specialized licensing.
